Bernadine Frazer (nee Grant) stayed living in the Barcaldine area for many years after her husband’s death there in 1936. In the late 1940s she moved to 170 Boundary St. West End, Brisbane, the house that her parents and her sisters had lived in. She lived there until the late 1950s when she moved to 34 Amelia St Coorparoo with Lex, Noel and Celestine Frazer.  She lived  in Coorparoo until her death on 17 May 1966.
